|The commander leads from the front lines and serves as the cornerstone of their squad. When their henchmen are in proximity, the commander absorbs a portion of the damage dealt to those henchmen and adds it to their rallying bar. As the bar builds, the henchmen gain a bonus to damage and mez resistance. This bonus decays over time. The more damage a commander has absorbed recently, the higher the bar goes and thus the greater the bonus.
