|Interface is the first slot in the physical branch of the incarnate system and is part of the basic tier of incarnate powers.[br][br]Interface slot abilities add PROCs for debuffs, damage, or mez effects of varying types to existing damaging powers. Core branches tend to have a higher chance for the debuff or mez effect to occur, while radial branches usually have a higher chance to cause damage.[br][br]The percent chance that these effects occur increases with tiers as well.
