When used on your tier 1 or tier 2 henchmen, they will evolve into a duplicate of your tier 3 henchman; if used on your tier 3 henchman, it will evolve into an even stronger version of itself. This evolution is unstable, however, and the henchman will revert to their previous self after a time. The transformation is also taxing, leaving the reverted henchmen drained of all health and endurance when they revert.
