Time Control

You can control the flow of time, using it to disable your foes. Most of your powers will reduce enemies' movement speed and slow their powers' recharge rate.

Paradox

(Ranged Cone) Foe Confuse
You create a time paradox that envelops the foes in a cone in front of you, causing them to turn on one another. The affected foes will attack each other for a time - up until the universe repairs the paradox on its own.

Reaction Time

[Toggle] (PBAOE) Foe -Movement, -Recharge; Self +Absorb over Time
You accelerate time for yourself, moving with preternatural speed. All enemies nearby move slowly by comparison and have reduced recharge rates. You are also able to absorb small amounts of damage periodically. If you willingly deactivate Reaction Time, you gain a momentary burst of speed which boosts your own movement and recharge temporarily.

You stop time in a large area, freezing all enemies completely. Foes are held and unable to act or move until this stasis wears off. Foes that are able to escape the field's hold will still suffer from reduced recharge and movement.

Freezes a single enemy in place, halting all of their actions. Your foe will be held, unable to act or move, and suffer energy damage over time. Stronger foes may be able to resist this effect but will still have their movement and recharge speeds hampered.

Time Dilation

Slows time in an area to a crawl. This power deals no damage but severely slows foes' movement speed and recharge rate.

Time Loop

(Location) Summon Pet (Stable Time Loop)
You create a stable time loop that remains in your proximity. The time loop cannot attack on its own but will summon lesser copies of itself roughly every 30 seconds - up to a maximum of 3 at a time, replacing each of them as they are defeated. Each lesser time loop is extremely vulnerable and dispelled with very little damage but will attack foes automatically for as long as it is left alive.

You can swap a group of foes with versions of themselves from the near past or future. This shift is very disorienting and will incapacitate normal entities. Stronger creatures may be able to resist the effect but will still suffer from a movement speed penalty and reduced chances to hit.

You create a temporal barrier to immobilize a single enemy. Time behind the wall is slowed to such an extreme extent that the foe's wounds will take longer to heal, reducing their regeneration rate. Enemies that are strong enough to cross the barrier will still have their movement speed reduced in addition to their regeneration.

Creates an area desynchronized from the flow of time around it. Foes caught in this area will be unable to move, though they are still free to attack. The field will also cause minor energy damage over time and reduce foes' recharge rate. Stronger foes may still be able to move around but at a reduced speed.
